We hope you and baby love our products but if you would like to return any items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by using our contact form or by emailing samuelsensory@gmail.com
Returns are accepted provided the product is unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received them (unless of course the product is faulty).
When returning any items we recommend using recorded delivery and retaining proof of postage. We do not cover the cost of returning goods nor do we accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Amelia Linn My 18 month old loves them and play with them in the bath most nights. We use them to learn animal names. Also I don’t worry about mould as you do with some bath toys. One negative, when brand new some of the black colouring would come off when first wet but once rinsed them this stopped.
